Most Churubusco families use our Coldwater Road office at 10506 Coldwater Rd, Fort Wayne, IN 46845. Our Southwest office at 7207 Engle Rd offers the same care if it suits your schedule better, and (260) 436-2255 reaches both. Patient hours are Monday through Thursday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM. Friday is an administrative day with no patient appointments.

Next comes the exam: x-rays, photos, and a thorough evaluation by Dr. Bussick, who then explains a treatment plan built for you or your child. Your treatment coordinator follows up by reviewing his recommendations and your financial options.
